My Background

Hi! I'm Andy Moore. I grew up in the restaurant business, dropping fries in my parents’ first restaurant at age 16.

 

Post-college, I spent a decade in various roles at a 110-unit restaurant chain, serving as Chief Business Officer for the last three years. During that time, I had the privilege of spearheading major projects that included a revamp of the company's tech stack and a transformation of the supply-chain and purchasing program.

 

Today, I:

  • Operate the company RestaurantBoost, which helps restaurants and distributors find innovative ways to solve old cost problems

  • Write the weekly newsletter Industry Bites, which keeps food & beverage professionals up-to-date on industry news and trends
